LCSW needed for temporary, part-time position in New Castle County, Delaware
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a part-time, temporary position in New Castle County, DE. This role offers 10-20 hours per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays within an intensive outpatient program dedicated to supporting individuals recently discharged from inpatient care. The primary goal is to help participants avoid rehospitalization, effectively manage crises, and achieve sustainable recovery in a compassionate and structured environment.
In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each participant's unique needs, providing therapeutic counseling to enhance coping skills and resilience. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care, closely monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to support ongoing recovery and prevent setbacks.
Position Requirements
DE LCSW license required. Prior experience in an outpatient or similar mental health setting is preferred.
