We are seeking a dedicated LMSW Social Worker to join our team in a high school setting, providing specialized support to students aged 16-17 on the autism spectrum. This is a part-time, temp-to-perm position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on older students navigating their academic and personal development.

Population : Students with autism, ages 16-17
Hours : 16 hours per week
Schedule : Flexible; 4 half days or 2 full days

Responsibilities :
Provide individual and group counseling tailored to the unique needs of high school students on the autism spectrum.
Develop and implement behavior management plans and coping strategies to support emotional and social growth.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to create and maintain a supportive learning environment.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations.
Offer crisis intervention and maintain appropriate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications :
