Description
Social Work p.r.n. has an immediate full-time, temporary position (approximately 12 weeks) as a Supportive Housing Specialist. Primary responsibilities include on-site case management services at three housing sites located in Chicago. The Supportive Housing Specialist will assist program participants to utilize clinical, medical and financial services as appropriate and addresses barriers to housing stability.
Position Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school, a valid driver's license and their own vehicle to travel between three housing sites. Work hours are M TH 8 : 30 to 5 PM. Mileage reimbursement.
