- Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone to assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product-related questions.
- Guide clients through onboarding and product setup, ensuring they understand how to maximize the use of our marketing tools and platforms.
- Resolve technical issues by working closely with our product and development teams to find and implement solutions.
- Monitor customer accounts, ensuring customer success and satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Document and escalate issues as needed, collaborating with internal teams to improve product features, services, and customer experience.
- Provide product training and support to clients to enhance their use of marketing tools and software.
- Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement.
- Experience with Meta and other Social Media platforms
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear, concise manner.
