Socialite Media Spring 2025 Internship

Duration: Monday, February 10th - Friday, May 16th, 2025

Compensation: $750 total stipend plus commission opportunities

Time Commitment Breakdown: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, remote and in-office (Downtown Chicago OR Las Vegas Town Square, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-2pm). Must be available to attend weekly Socialite Media team Zoom meetings on Mondays at 1pm CST and possible remote client meetings. Invitation to Socialite Media sponsored events and company outings.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Socialite Media executives with premium client accounts

- Social media interns will run and manage 1-3 client accounts with supervision from Socialite Media team leader

- Create original content for social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)

- Work with client to incorporate brand voice into social media posts

- Develop strategic social media campaigns

- Influencer marketing interns will coordinate influencer collaborations, create influencer booklets, help plan influencer events and more

- Work with influencers and learn influencer marketing

- If selected, you are an extension of the Socialite Media team and are expected to perform under Socialite Media professional standards

Qualifications:

- Current college student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Journalism, or PR;

and/ or 1-2 years of similar industry experience

- Must have an interest in helping small businesses

- Must have an interest in Social Media Marketing and/or PR or Influencer Marketing

- Must be proficient in TikTok and Instagram Reel content creation

- Must be knowledgeable of current social media trends

- Must be a team player and work well collaborating with others

- Experience in photography, graphic design, and videography

- Experience in SEO and web design a plus
