We are looking for a hardworking, team oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team!
About the Role
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations between our production, sales, and packaging teams. You will report directly to the VP of Brewing
What You’ll Do
Shipping & Distribution
â Work closely with sales and packaging teams to prepare and load distributor orders.
â Ensure all beer is shipped within code date requirements.
â Communicate with the packaging team to ensure production goals are met while managing cold box storage.
â Fulfill tasting room orders and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation.
Receiving & Inventory Management
â Receive and organize all raw materials in the warehouse.
â Accurately enter received materials into Ekos inventory management software.
â Conduct monthly inventory audits for raw materials and finished goods.
â Manage off-site storage inventory and facilitate shipments as needed.
Safety & Compliance
â Ensure compliance with Societe's safety protocol and lead the warehouse safety program.
â Keep safety training and protocols up to date for all warehouse staff.
â Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
What You’ll Need
â 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (brewery experience preferred)
â Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
â Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
â Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
â A flexible schedule to meet business needs.
â Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
â Must have a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
â Physical ability to lift/move 50L kegs (weighing up to 140 lbs) with tools/assistance available.
â Willingness to work in cold storage (40°F) for extended periods.
