Responsibilities
As a Director in Interest Rate Sales at Societe Generale, you will be a key player on the trading floor, delivering value-driven solutions to institutional clients and contributing to the growth of our global Rates business with a focus on the US.. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities will include :
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and other institutional investors, while enhancing the broader partnership between Societe Generale and its clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique objectives and tailoring interest rate solutions to meet risk management needs.
- Maintain day to day active trading dialogue with clients to enhance the delivery and execution of liquid rates.
- Onboard clients by managing the full lifecycle of the onboarding process, including completing KYC requirements, negotiating documentation such as ISDAs and CSAs, and addressing considerations related to XVA and other relevant regulatory and operational requirements. Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure all processes are efficient and adhere to the highest standards.

COMPENSATION :
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and / or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
