Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the seamless delivery of our luxury products to clients globally.
Responsibilities
- Shipping Estimates: Collaborate with the sales team to determine accurate shipping estimates for domestic and international clients.
- Delivery Management: Monitor and supervise worldwide delivery exceptions, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the production team to retrieve essential information and documentation needed for shipments.
- Client Communication: Engage directly with clients to inform them of shipping details and their responsibilities for receiving deliveries.
- Customs and Compliance: Prepare and submit required documentation to customs agencies and carriers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or a related role.
- Experience with international shipping and customs procedures is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with shipping software and carrier estimating tools.
