Boxing Instructor

Society Boxing and Fitness is a family owned fitness facility offering group Boxing classes, functional strength, 1v1 personal training, nutritional counseling, and accountability coaching. General fitness, sports specific training and real Boxing is our day to day. We coach all age groups and athletic levels.

The facility is in need of 2-3 energetic Trainers with a strong understanding of Boxing and strength & conditioning. Candidates do not need to have had an actual fight under USA Boxing or beyond. However, experience in the Boxing ring would be a great benefit in order to train members the finer points of the sport. Fitness coaching experience, Personal Training certification or certification that states a particular skill would be helpful but not necessary to begin the process of hiring.

In-house training can be utilized, if needed.

We are an established fitness outfit entering its seventh year, having grown year after year in Downingtown. The need for personable, knowledgeable, and successful minded individuals are imperative to keep our fitness community moving in this direction. Description of daily responsibilities:

-Instructing Boxing and functional fitness classes

-Proper cueing of exercises/mechanics in private and group training sessions

-Selling personal training packages

-Providing superior customer service to all members of the club

-Communicate effectively with fitness club staff and respecting all standards in place

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
