The team drives site merchandising strategy and execution for all categories, collaborating with merchandising to drive site implementation of product and content strategy, consumer experience strategy and optimization as well as with the digital operations team.Overview of the Associate, Website Merchandising roleAs an Associate Website Merchandiser you will execute online business, merchandise, and marketing strategies for two product divisions within the Williams Sonoma brand to maximize sales. Identify opportunities and recommend new concepts to retain current and attract new customers to grow the brand reach and drive conversion. Work collaboratively cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and e-marketing teams to ensure flawless execution. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
