About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the Learning Content Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and formatting training materials to ensure they meet Janek’s high-quality standards. This role involves working with multiple teams, managing deadlines, and ensuring all deliverables are client-ready.
Key Responsibilities :
- Edit and proofread training materials in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide editorial quality assurance for Janek’s digital sales training applications.
- Format content using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office , ensuring a polished, professional appearance.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Learning Strategists, and Marketing to keep projects on track.
- Assist Marketing with proofreading blog posts and other digital content.
- Track project progress using SharePoint and ensure all materials receive final approval before completion.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members.
