Role Overview
Society Mortgage is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants in our Consumer Direct business. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving production, mentoring your team, and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants to achieve sales and production goals
- Oversee daily operations of the Consumer Direct sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance team performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies
