Overview : As a senior leader in our cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in building a product that engages millions of users globally, helping us reach new milestones and grow our brand.
What You'll Do :
- Lead Data-Driven Insights : Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to drive the strategic direction of the company by providing data-driven insights. Help define and evaluate the success of new features, guide product roadmaps, and optimize user experiences.
- Product Analytics : Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and user behavior. Work on complex product and business problems, identify critical opportunities for product improvements, and drive actionable outcomes.
- Experimentation & Testing : Design and implement AB and multivariate tests to assess the impact of new features, product changes, and strategies. Use data to draw actionable conclusions and optimize product features based on test results.
- Strategic Leadership : Shape and inform the company's growth strategies by leveraging data to influence product decisions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define objectives and key results (OKRs) tied to product goals.
- Mentorship & Collaboration : Mentor junior data scientists, sharing your expertise and guiding the team on complex analytical approaches. Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment, and proactively communicate insights across teams to drive company-wide decisions.
