Your responsibilities will involve assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses for health issues, and developing personalized care plans. You will also assess patient responses regularly. Your contributions will help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the healthcare system. This will prevent complications and delays. Delegating tasks to other staff will be based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.What You'll DoUse careful clinical judgement to assess patients and prioritize their needs.
