THE OPPORTUNITY
The Marketing Coordinator will be r esponsible for providing support to the marketing team to drive event attendance and awareness of sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across our events in the Americas.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you are critical in the day-to-day marketing operations to support the work of the marketing department – putting our marketing plans into action. As a member of a growing, global in-house marketing team, you will be responsible for general admin work, writing compelling copy, gathering data to create reports, analyzing campaign performance, creating deliverables that maintain brand standards, delivering campaign-related assets on deadline, as well as working with many different project managers and internal stakeholders to help implement engaging marketing campaigns.
You are great at quickly switching gears to help support multiple events at any given time. You are a great communicator and a pro at delivering high-quality work to ensure that campaigns are effectively and successfully executed. You are a go-getter, curious, and always up for a new challenge to create, innovate, collaborate, learn and grow!

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE IN THIS ROLE
- Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms for all events in the Americas (owned and paid)
- Write engaging and compelling marketing copy for landing pages, emails, and social posts that support our marketing goals
- Support social media campaigns, email campaigns, and paid campaigns
- Publish website content to support marketing campaigns
- Maintain regular communication of campaign progress with internal stakeholders
- Create marketing deliverables including artwork concept boards, brochures, presentations, flyers, graphics, and digital ads for campaign needs
- Work with vendors and contractors on design requests
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage for conferences, symposiums and workshops
- Prepare marketing reports to track campaign performance by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to evaluate and recommend future actions or optimizations
- Monitor marketing budgets and supporting invoice processing
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, Certification, and one (1) to three (3) years of marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Traditional and digital marketing tools knowledge with an emphasis on digital content development
- Paid marketing campaigns setup experience
- Marketing automation software and content management system software familiarity
- Proven ability and experience writing engaging and compelling marketing copy
- Marketing events, conferences or non-profits is a bonus
- Strong analytical and critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively multitask, maintain strong organizational skills and meet deadlines
- Innovative, creative with ability to think outside of the box
- Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
