Duties and Responsibilities
· Internal management and supervision of backroom and sales floor
· Directing and delegating duties to staff and volunteers
· Managing and driving sales for multiple departments
· Internal marketing and communications
· Training and assisting employees in daily store operations
· Executing opening and closing accounting procedures
· Working alongside staff and volunteers
· Overseeing and developing staff and volunteer team communication
· Opening and closing store procedures
· Providing efficient, polite customer service
Qualifications
· Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people
· Demonstrated customer service skills
· Ability to make fast paced decisions
· Strong communication skills
· Two years of previous team lead experience in retail management.
Desired Skills
· Basic computer and POS system understanding
· Basic human resource skills
· Ability to be on your feet
· Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
