Assistant Manager II in Training Program
Must be able to work/travel to all three Waukesha County Stores (Waukesha, Pewaukee or Oconomowoc)
Our Assistant Manager II's Are: Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the thrift store. Supervises staff, volunteers and community service workers in the absence of the Store Manager.
While completing the 6 week Assistant Manager II in Training program you will learn:
- Hands on training in all areas of operation at our thrift stores.
- Shadow, observe, assist and support the Store Managers with managing and running the stores.
- Learn and participate in processes within each store department.
- Become familiar with the St. Vincent de Paul Mission.
- Learn and become familiar with the policies of St. Vincent de Paul.
- Fulfill duties of various store level associate positions.
- Learn the POS and Pricing computer software.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to travel to all 3 Waukesha County St. Vincent de Paul Store locations (Waukesha, Pewaukee and Oconomowoc).
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store as required.
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
- Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
