Bethany School seeks Substitute Teachers for on-call work. Successful candidates are culturally competent, responsible, caring, and enthusiastic people who possess sharp teaching skills and positive experience working with students in grades K-8.
Each Bethany School faculty member is expected to:

- Exhibit a solid working knowledge of best teaching practices
- Identify and support students' social, emotional, and academic needs
- Provide timely feedback to students and families via online portals, email, and phone calls
- Design and facilitate productive dialogue among students and teachers

- Demonstrate content knowledge and expertise and scaffold curriculum to ensure progress toward mastery of skills and concepts
- Collaborate and plan actively for learning
Qualified candidates will possess or demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor's Degree required
