Salary : $130,000 - $175,000
Schedule : Monday – Friday
Hours : Typical office hours are 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility to work longer hours for any special events.

Job Summary :
A prestigious private finance investment management firm seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite Executive. This role requires an experienced professional with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee heavy calendar management, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.Manage expense reports and financial reconciliations with precision.Provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations.Maintain flexibility and availability 24 / 7 when the executive is traveling internationally (this is infrequent but requires flexibility).Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and key stakeholders.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.Assist with travel coordination, including itinerary planning and logistical support.Anticipate needs and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or operational challenges.Qualifications & Requirements :
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance or investment management.Bachelor’s degree is preferredProven expertise in calendar and expense management for a high-level executive.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with professionalism and discretion.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other scheduling tools.Must be local to NYC—only candidates currently residing in the NYC area will be considered.Valid US work AuthorizationSOCIETY STAFFING
