Schedule: Ad hoc, ongoing support

Provide on-demand support and recommendations to optimize workflows and user experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption of best practices
Assist with minor configuration changes and enhancements as needed
Maintain documentation of system updates, workflows, and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with UKG Ready configuration (especially Payroll and Benefits)
Deep understanding of best practices across HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits modules
Strong communication skills and the ability to advise non-technical stakeholders
Experience with ad hoc consulting or support-based engagements
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Engagement Details:
This is an ad hoc engagement—hours are not guaranteed, but based on client needs
Ideal for a consultant looking to build a long-term partnership with ongoing work
Must be able to respond promptly and provide valuable input without delays
