Socket is seeking a skilled Service Provisioner – Evening to join our skilled team. This role will help successfully transition business and residential customers to Socket’s network. This role will work closely with multiple departments to ensure quick and accurate delivery of network services.
This role is for our evening shift 1:00pm-10:00pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Tests, activates, and documents all aspects of circuit, switch, PSAX, OPTI, and ethernet
- Is an excellent customer advocate while maintaining positive and professional attitude, especially during high stress situations
- Works with field service technicians to troubleshoot and solve any issues
- Works with other departments to ensure builds are accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Documents and communicates any delays
- Escalates any issues to appropriate departments on behalf of customer
- Removes services upon cancellation and disables services for delinquent customers
- Handles after hours calls with appropriate escalation
- Completes audit projects requested by the network operations department
- Works on trouble tickets
