We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator with a focus on HPBX (Hosted Private Branch Exchange) service delivery and configuration. In this role, you will work directly with customers to ensure their call behavior configurations are optimized to meet their business needs. You will handle the provisioning of users, provide expert guidance, and offer technical training both remotely and on-site.
As part of our team, you will manage all aspects of HPBX service delivery, from initial setup to system configuration and user support. You will be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing solutions, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless implementation experience for our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- HPBX Configuration & Setup : Collaborate with customers to configure call behavior settings and system features, ensuring their communication systems align with their business requirements.
- Provisioning & Deployment : Handle the provisioning of users and devices for HPBX services, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Customer Support & Training : Answer internal and external customer questions about the system, and provide technical guidance and solutions. Deliver both remote and on-site training as part of the implementation process.
- Project Coordination : Manage service delivery for assigned projects, coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful completion. Additional services may need to be delivered as part of individual projects.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of configurations, provisioning steps, and project milestones. Provide regular updates to management and customers as needed.
