Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a hands-on environment. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures (concrete, turf, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Set up and dismantle work areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- Must have a VALID Driver's License
- Previous experience in turf installation, construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate landscaping/construction equipment such as forklift, skid steer, trimmers, and saws.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
