Role Overview:
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and development of advanced electromechanical systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, analyzing, and validating electrical hardware, ensuring flawless integration with complex mechanical components from prototyping for mass production.
- Developing embedded firmware and interfacing it with user-facing software using languages such as Python, C/C or C# to enhance early-stage hardware.
- Managing and mentoring cross-disciplinary teams through research, prototyping, while effectively communicating findings to clients.
- Identifying new client opportunities and developing new work through effective client management and consulting.

- Base salary of $185,000.
- Up to 15% bonus.
- 11% pension contribution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
- Over 10 years of experience in developing complex, technical, or integrated products.
- Proficiency in some areas such as analog and digital electrical design, RF design, firmware architecture, embedded systems design, controls, instrumentation and measurement, and/or power supply engineering.
- Experience with firmware development tools, software development tools, and electrical hardware design tools.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successful client engagement.
