Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Ensure a fair and effective interview process that supports the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop and implement programs to support new hires, including orientation, training, and stakeholder introductions.
Investigations & Compliance
The HRBP works closely with business leaders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- 7 years of broad HR experiences in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, change management, and compliance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of US employment legislation and benefits.
- Prior experience as a positive change agent in a business environment.
- Successful experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
