Job Description
The Senior Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas :
- Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
- BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 10 years experience and registered PE license
- Special Inspector License Required
- Must have experience with managing projects independently and leading a team
- Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas : building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration
- Must be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.
- Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively orally and in writing with other staff members and clients
