General Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist - $5,000 sign on bonus included
- Sign on bonus is for newly hired Laguna Niguel, CA HCB employees only. Sign on bonus will be split amongst multiple pay periods. Half of the sign on bonus will be paid out following 60 days of active employment and the second / final payment will payout after 120 days of active employment. Payments are made in the payroll period following the completed timeframe. You must be actively employed at the time of payment.

The Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Manager will establish the roadmap of success for their respective Hair Color Bar within Madison Reed's operational best practices and guidelines, work with their team to solicit diverse perspectives, innovate their business growth through positive community relationships, and promote the products, services and values of Madison Reed. This role reports to the District Manager, is full time and requires availability on weekends, holidays and other peak times based on business needs.
The base salary for this position is $68,640. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
