Key Responsibilities :
Technical Support :
- Collaborate with the sales team to convey Soda's value proposition and vision to potential customers.
- Continuously expand your technical knowledge to better assist customers and address their needs effectively.
- Deliver engaging product presentations to both new and existing clients.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our product team to communicate feature requests and feedback.
- Assist customers with product onboarding and troubleshooting, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
