Lead Night Custodian

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Custodian to oversee and manage cleaning operations within our facilities. This role requires a self-driven person that can work alone and still work at a high level in accomplishing daily tasks.

*Responsibilities*

- Supervise and coordinate daily custodial activities, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including buffing floors, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and offices.

- Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and address any issues promptly.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for the team.

- Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to address any maintenance needs or repairs required within the premises.

- Implement best practices for floor care and general custodial duties to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.

*Experience*

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.

- Experience in residential painting or porter duties is advantageous but not required.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while demonstrating effective leadership qualities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.29 - $19.89 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
