Substitute Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. In this role, you will provide temporary classroom coverage, ensuring that students continue to receive quality instruction in the absence of their regular teacher. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment and delivering the curriculum effectively across various subjects, including early childhood education, math, and special education.

Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of education.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Educate students on various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with students to foster engagement and understanding.
- Assist in curriculum development by providing feedback on lesson effectiveness and student comprehension.
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism, ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations.
- Monitor student progress and provide tutoring support as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Qualifications
- A background in early childhood education or relevant teaching experience is a plus.
- Experience working with special education students is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and curricula.
- A passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their academic journey.
