The Opportunity

The Senior Associate, Business Development & Operations will play a critical role across our Shareholder Services and Sustainability practices, on behalf of our centralized operations and client services function. This team member will be detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. The position will be responsible for business operations including pipeline management, reporting, and business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own business development reporting and pipeline management in Salesforce and Asana for task management
  • Track and report on closed won numbers and allocation
  • Serve as liaison between clients and Legal Department for contract management and negotiation
  • Manage NetSuite Sales Order generation and invoicing in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring successful revenue collection
  • Manage NetSuite & Asana project set up and resource assignments
  • Support overall business process improvement, training, and documentation
  • May serve as direct manager for junior member(s) of the team
  • Support other administrative and client account management needs as needed
  • Other duties from centralized operations and client services team as assigned

Successful Candidates Would:

  • Demonstrate strategic business operations knowledge
  • Understand business functions such as Legal, Finance, Sales Operations
  • Have proficiency with data analysis and management of performance metrics
  • Possess outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Have strong aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Be a proactive, engaged team member constantly looking for ways to streamline and improve processes
  • Have a strong track record of working with and being responsive to a variety of stakeholders
  • Want to learn new concepts and industry best practices within a fast-paced, high-performance consulting environment
  • Be comfortable overseeing and executing multiple projects and high-quality deliverables simultaneously with excellent time management skills and sense of prioritization
  • Be a team player with comfort shifting from high-level execution to task-level administration and coordination in service of team goals, without ego
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Have experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Have experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms
  • Have experience with Asana or other Project Management platforms

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Experience managing direct report(s) preferred
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
