**MUST BE ABLE TO RELIABLY COMMUTE TO ALL FLORIDA PROPERTIES & TRAVEL THE STATE AS NEEDED**

**MUST HAVE A CURRANT ADMINISTRATOR'S LICENSE FOR FLORIDA (AL/MC)

The Regional Director of Operations of Sodalis Senior Living is responsible for the human resource and operations management of the communities. The Regional Director of Operations provides leadership to community management and partnership through motivating, directing, collaborating, and supporting operating plans related to quality resident care, employee relations, revenue enhancement, and business financial results. The Regional Director of Operations plans, organizes and manages the overall corporate human resources function and oversees corporate and employee engagement strategies. The Regional Director of Operations also ensures adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulations.
_ Key Performance Indicators: _
· Employee engagement index: Improve employee engagement. High team member engagement predicts higher productivity, better customer service, lower turnover, and many other relevant and positive outcomes. Metrics can be captured through annual team member engagement surveys.

· Voluntary Turnover Rate: Reduce team member-led resignations as a percentage of total turnover rate. Metrics can be captured through quarterly and annual HRIS reports.

· Resident Satisfaction Score: Improve and maintain high resident satisfaction scores. Metrics can be captured through semi-annual resident satisfaction surveys.

· Effectiveness of Team Member Development and Training: Improve team member perspective of development and new hire training. Metrics are captured through annual team member engagement surveys and post-training surveys.
_ People Responsibilities: _
· Creates and implements company-wide human resources initiatives and strategies.

· Performs leadership and management duties including mentoring, setting examples of professionalism, and developing a positive culture.

· Participates in business planning and strategic direction with executives of each community including organizational structure; recruiting and diversity strategies; retention; training and performance management, etc.

· Balances a professional partnership with community management while being accountable to execute day-to-day HR activities as a leader of the corporate human resources team.

· Provides HR leadership and counsel on matters involving people and change/cultural management

· Identifies best practices for accountability and appropriate reporting metrics that support goals and objectives.

· Implements and coordinates effective human resource management systems, processes and standards in accordance with business strategies and in accordance with federal, state, local regulatory requirements and the servicing strategy.

· Provides counsel in employee relations issues and partners with outside legal when necessary.

· Ensures strong stakeholder management and a mission and culture-driven mentality is at the core of the delivery model for Sodalis Senior Living.

· Conducts performance appraisals, hiring, coaching and counseling, career development conversations and disciplinary actions of corporate office and community management team members.

· Implements new programs and strategic initiatives across HR for areas in scope

  • Operations Responsibilities: *

· Represents Sodalis Senior Living to owners, investors, and in the community while ensuring all critical events of each community are communicated in an appropriate and timely manner. Report to the CEO and corporate office as necessary, all aspects of all community operations.

· Supervises and supports the community management with all events and activities occurring at each community, including all operations and delivery of each service to residents. Interacts with residents and families on a regular basis to build relationships and promote resident satisfaction.

· Supervises and provides guidance to all community management on recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, terminating, promoting and motivating all team members.

· Analyzes staffing issues to assist communities with recruitment, training, and retention of staff to meet community staffing needs.

· Assures that all operating details of each community are according to Sodalis Senior Living standards.

· Partners with individual community sales directors to assist in the development and direction the sales and marketing initiatives for all communities to ensure high occupancy.

· Collaborates with community management teams to develop strategies to maximize revenue, profit growth and control manageable expenditures.

· Makes recommendations, implements and administers cost saving strategies to meet and exceed the company's financial goals.

· Takes measures to safeguard each community from abuse, damage or deterioration. Reviews the building preventive maintenance programs and ensure adherence. Ensure that maintenance staff is efficient and concerned about the well-being of the residents.

· Manages and holds community management accountable to approve, monitor and submit for payment all expenditures relating to the community.

· Holds meetings with community management as needed and is available for meetings with team members, directors, residents and residents’ families, individual and group.

· Supports, promotes, and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation and related guidelines and standards. Keeps abreast of new and/or changed legislation and standards.

· Travels by car to communities on a daily basis and travel overnight up to 50% for community visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
