Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist! This position will focus on ensuring positive customer interactions via phone, email, social media, and in person. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in promoting a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities of this position include greeting customers, answering the phone, listening to concerns and needs, providing accurate information to promote and sell products and services, record service requests, promote available products and services on social media, and assist office staff as needed. The right candidate will have excellent computer skills, be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, accurate record keeping and data entry experience, and be familiar with QuickBooks and Office systems. Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred.
Other duties include keeping a clean, professional working environment, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain accurate customer files.
