What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shucker 21+ position at SoDel Concepts?
· Set up raw bar with different types of oysters and accompanying sauces
· Shuck oysters during service behind raw bar
· Maintain a clean and well stocked raw bar station throughout service
· Break down and clean up raw bar station
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Be able to lift 50lbs
· Willing to learn and grow in your position as a shucker
· Be willing to work as a member of a team, assisting others when able, requesting assistance when needed
· Have good communication skills
· Have the ability to arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work for each shift
