Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Facilities Management & Self-Performance operations. This role will analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving efficiency and cost savings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of facilities management and self-performance models, helping drive operational excellence through actionable insights. This position will report to the Executive Director of Regional Accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement. The analyst’s insights will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions, optimizing labor models, and enhancing service delivery.

What You'll Do
Analyze operational, financial, and performance data across self-performed and outsourced services.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in service delivery, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.
Evaluate labor utilization, work order management, and asset performance to optimize self-performance strategies.
Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Monitor key metrics and provide ongoing trend analysis to support continuous improvement.
