Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a skilled General Manager 4 - Food to oversee our food service operations at the Hospital Corporation of America’s (HCA) Corporate Office, located across from Centennial Park in Nashville, Tennessee . Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), the largest for-profit healthcare provider in the US, offers a unique career opportunity for you to partner within and join our growing nationwide HCA portfolio of business.
The General Manager will report to the District Manager and lead and mentor a team of 8 managers serving 4 buildings on campus with 4 cafes, 2 Starbucks and high volume catering.
The successful candidate will :
- have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
- have strong client relation skills and experience working with C-Suite clients;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals to include oversight of cash-handling and the POS system;
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff; and
- ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
