Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a General Manager 4 in Los Angeles, CA . The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food and Nutrition services at a medical center / hospital in the region. The General Manager will be a dynamic team player with a proven background in strategic thinking, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving successful business initiatives.
Candidates must have a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager), RD (Registered Dietitian) certification.
What You'll Do
- Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- Successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff;
- Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- Develop strategic plans;
- Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and standards compliance;
- Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
