Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stewards for the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas, including floors, countertops, and storage areas.
• Assist with the receiving, storage, and inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and service as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe and hygienic work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a steward or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule: This is a seasonal position for the BNP Paribas Open, which will take place from March 3-March 17, 2024. Shifts may begin prior to the event based on availability and will vary to include evenings and weekends.
