We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be essential in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety, and maintaining efficient kitchen operations. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your culinary skills to create delicious dishes that meet our standards of excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare, cook, and plate meals.
- Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and broilers.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and organized kitchen.
- Perform cleaning duties, including dishwashing and maintaining workstations.
- Utilize various cooking methods to create consistent, high-quality dishes.
- Maintain accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in food preparation.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven culinary experience in food preparation and cooking, with a minimum of 6 months.
- Strong knife skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Background in food service or handling within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Requirements:
- Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
