We are currently seeking a Hospitality Supervisor - Quick Serve to join our team at the iconic Ford Amphitheater in Los Angeles.
About The Venue:
The Ford Amphitheater is one of LA's most beloved outdoor cultural destinations, hosting an array of concerts, performances, and events throughout the season. As part of the Sodexo Live! team at The Ford, you'll contribute to an electric guest experience where live music, local food, and hospitality come together under the stars. From high-energy concert nights to intimate performances, this is a fast-paced and rewarding environment that celebrates teamwork, precision, and service excellence.
Principal Function:
The Hospitality Supervisor - Quick Serve is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of food and beverage concessions within the venue. This role oversees Quick Serve team members, assigns tasks to Leads, ensures exceptional guest service, and upholds health, safety, and cleanliness standards. The supervisor circulates among assigned kiosks, mobile stands, cafes, or bistros, ensuring responsible alcohol service and consistent adherence to Sodexo Live! standards, including proper cash handling procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Quick Serve staff in providing outstanding service to all guests.

Delegate responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads and ensure operational readiness.

Ensure all sales transactions follow Sodexo Live! policies and procedures.

Monitor and uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service protocols.

Assist with event setup, hands-on service during events, and post-event breakdown/clean-up.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

1-2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume foodservice environment.

Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

ServSafe certification required.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate tight spaces.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
