The Market Research Analyst will:
- Analyzes existing and potential product/service markets
- Collect and analyzes data on established and prospective customers and on competitors
- Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potential. Provides quantitative analysis of research findings and monitor customer trends
- Maintain associated databases.
- Support divisions, including profiles and analysis of local and national competitors.
- Manage database files, online data collection, and reporting sites
- Compile, format, and edit data files. Ability to research and identify data quality issues
- Manage quality assurance of data files to ensure accuracy in reporting and delivery on an ongoing basis
- Calculate metrics based on account-level information
- Support to users/operation teams presentations; compiling report data, populating reports including insights
- Assist with creation and review of education, training and support, as well as conducting web-based training
- Work closely with operations teams, troubleshooting and reporting issues and making corrections to the data as needed
- Manage day to day questions from operations teams, incentives, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced experience working with large datasets in MS Excel
- Experience pulling data from SAP

What We Offer

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
