Position Overview
We are currently seeking armed and unarmed security guards to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow with us. Ideal for experienced security professionals who want consistent assignments and the chance to move into a full-time role in the future.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of security experience (armed and/or unarmed) or active/retired police and military.
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation
- Flexible availability preferred
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- For armed positions: Valid firearm permit and appropriate duty gear
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Good judgment and situational awareness
