What is a Subcontractor Position?
As a subcontractor, you are an independent professional responsible for managing your own time and fulfilling the duties outlined in our agreements. This position provides autonomy and flexibility but also comes with added responsibilities:
- Tax Responsibility: Subcontractors are responsible for paying their own taxes, including income tax and self-employment tax.
- Flexibility: You set your own schedule within the scope of the assignments provided.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verified security experience (required).
- Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation (required).
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and provide references.
- Licenses/Certifications: Driver’s license. For armed positions a handgun license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the assigned location.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
