- Medical record requests
- Medical timelines
- Assist with discovery requests
- Assist with weekly reports
- Case management
- Research
- File organization/sorting documents
- Other day-to-day tasks associated with paralegal work
- Strong understanding of law and legal procedures
- Experience in legal document preparation and research
- Experience with bates stamping and indexing
- Experience in General Liability / Insurance Defense
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree and/or certificate in paralegal studies
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal database software
