Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in catering or restaurant settings, is preferred.
• Having knowledge with Spirits and Wines.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
• A background in hospitality is beneficial, as well as experience in food handling practices.
• A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $28.00 per hour
