The role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing projects in B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, website and application design, with a focus on creative workflow automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing, design, and automation initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, design processes, and automation tools.
In addition, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of your project’s workflow processes, gaining high level knowledge of all Enterprise marketing products and features, reviewing and evaluating project briefs, making recommendations on creative pipeline efficiencies, and managing your schedules and workflows within our project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and oversee the execution of B2B, lifecycle marketing, web and mobile app design, and digital media creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- B2B Marketing Execution: Partner with stakeholders to create assets for B2B marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, content strategy, and customer acquisition
- Lifecycle Marketing: Project manage the creation of assets that enhance customer engagement and retention throughout the customer journey
- Website & Mobile Application Design: Experience driving the creation of websites, mobile application design, and partnership with web producers and engineers
- Creative Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation in creative production operations, leveraging workflow automation tools and creative project management platforms
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketers, strategists, product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables
- Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution
- Evaluate project briefs and strategy in order to approach each project as efficiently as possible
- Develop and maintain project schedules and statuses within our project management software, Workfront
- Identify and develop software solutions for workflow automation to allow us to iterate quickly and optimize agility
- Manage projects from request through to delivery, including scheduling and attending creative reviews, and gaining approvals from all stakeholders including our legal and compliance teams
- Work closely with your PM partners to negotiate and plan on resourcing both within our creative studio as well as with external vendors as needed
- Oversee daily workflow, ensuring all partners are informed and part of the process
- Work with other senior team members and managers to maintain or evolve process-related and future workload and workflow-related requirements within the Enterprise department; analyze causes of roadblocks, research possible solutions, and make recommendations
- Experience: 5 years of experience managing projects related to B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, website and application design, and creative workflow automation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field or experience. PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Smartly), design and development platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress), and workflow automation tools (e.g., AEM, Creative Cloud, or custom integrations)
- Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, project tracking tools (e.g.,Workfront), and stakeholder management
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to drive strategic decisions based on insights from performance data and marketing and design workflow evaluation
- Strong Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in marketing, design, and automation workflows
- Ability to work comfortably in a very fast-paced, nimble environment
- Experience working with legal and compliance teams in order to produce assets
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical problem solver
- Ability to track and forecast potential resourcing requirements
- Proven tech and software savvy (picks up new software skills quickly)
- Excellent time, prioritization, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills with the ability to understand interdepartmental structure and dynamics, using diplomacy to balance competing project requests
- Understanding of creative studio processes

Salary : $86,400 - $162,000
