The role
The Senior People Business Partner at Galileo, a Subsidiary of SoFi Technologies is a trusted business partner and an objective resource and advocate for the business and its employees. In this critical and exciting role on our People Team, you will partner with the Galileo Engineering and Product leadership team and their respective functions and groups. The position leverages strong partnerships across the People function to deliver value-added support that reflects the business objectives and culture initiatives of the organization.
What you’ll do :
- Serve as a trusted business partner, providing thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Partner with your designated business to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.) driving a healthy employee experience.
- Be an objective resource and advocate, balancing the needs of the business and the employee population.
- Manage employee relations issues throughout the organization with discretion.
- Use data to identify and surface trends; ultimately improving organizational health.
- Serve as a culture driver; live the SoFi Technologies values.
- Build strong relationships through effective communication and collaboration with all levels of stakeholders.
- Be informed and knowledgeable about our business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
Pay range : $108,800.00 - $204,000.00
Payment frequency : Annual
