Senior ServiceNow System Administrator
What you will do :
Platform Administration & Maintenance :
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure its optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations to align with company standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular maintenance, manage user accounts, and monitor system performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Install and manage ServiceNow plugins to enhance platform capabilities.
Workflow & Automation Development :
Design and implement custom workflows, business rules, and UI policies to address organizational needs and drive operational efficiency.Utilize Order Guides Configuration to simplify and enhance multi-item service requests.Automate processes using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow automation tools.Develop and maintain Record Producers, Service Catalog items, and custom applications to enhance service delivery.Integration Management :
Configure and maintain LDAP Integration for seamless authentication and directory synchronization.Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure and streamlined user access.Deploy and manage MID Servers to support secure communication between ServiceNow and external systems.Manage Import Set configurations to ensure accurate data transformation and processing.Security & Compliance :
Define and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enforce role-based security and protect sensitive data.Implement and manage Data Policies to maintain data integrity across the platform.Ensure compliance with IT governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Notification Management : :
Monitor and manage SLAs to ensure compliance with service commitments and business expectations.Configure Inbound and Outbound Notifications to enhance communication and system awareness.Workspace Configuration & User Support : :
Design and maintain ServiceNow Workspaces to optimize user workflows and productivity.Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end users and IT teams on ServiceNow functionality.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that foster innovation and drive organizational growth.Provide training and technical support to users and stakeholders, empowering them to adopt and effectively use the platform.Collaborate with vendors and external partners on system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations, promoting continuous improvement.Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
Monitor system health, usage, and performance to ensure the platform operates at its best.Generate actionable reports and dashboards that offer insights on platform usage, compliance, and service efficiency, driving data-driven decisions.Documentation & Standards :
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing.Adhere to IT governance, regulatory standards, and best practices, contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous growth.What you will need :
Required Skills & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator or in a similar role.Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for customizing workflows and integrations.Familiarity with Flow Designer, client scripts, and server-side scripting.Preferred Certifications :
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or other modules).ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.Soft Skills :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Nice to Have :
Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence modules.Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules, such as Customer Service Management (CSM) or Field Service Management (FSM).Familiarity with cloud platforms and mobile device management.Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Payment frequency : Annual
