The Role:
SoFi is seeking an experienced IT Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive complex IT programs from initiation to closure. This role will manage strategic initiatives across Corporate IT, facilitate the AI Working Group (AIWG), and ensure smooth onboarding and management of AI-related projects. The role also includes quarterly and long-term planning, capacity planning, and scrum master duties. You will collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication of program plans and outcomes to senior leadership.

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Working Group Facilitation, Leadership, and Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate the AIWG, streamlining processes, managing AI-related inventory, and tracking project progress
- Strategic Planning: Drive quarterly and long-term IT program planning and conduct capacity planning.
- Program Leadership: Lead the identification, analysis, selection, and implementation of enterprise solutions and large-scale projects.
- Technical Management: Manage programs involving complex technology considerations.
- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote Agile principles.
- Other duties include technical collaboration, delivery and communication, team collaboration, problem-solving, strategic alignment, process improvement, technical guidance, team development, vision and goal setting, and leadership and influence.
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in IT program management with a focus on technical projects
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of AI concepts and use cases
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple programs and priorities
- PMP, CAPM, or SCM certification
- Experience with Jira, Airtable, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Slack

Salary : $112,000 - $210,000
