Busser - Responsible for clearing tables, resetting dining tables with fresh linens and dishes, delivering warm bread, seasoned olive oil, and water to each seated table. Side work includes slicing in-house baked bread, replenishing seasoned oil, polishing glasses and silverware, making roll-ups and other duties as assigned. Servers tip out bussers each night based on each server's food and beverage sales.
